Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the terms and conditions listed below shall apply to any purchases and orders made with MichaelFlowerDesign.com. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other printed or written document passing between parties (including without limitation the Customer's Sales or Purchase Order), the terms and conditions listed here will supersede.

No variation of the terms and conditions listed shall be applicable to any purchases and orders unless explicitly accepted in writing by MichaelFlowerDesign.com.

 

Customer Service Policy

Our Fresh Flower and Gift Promises

We strive hard to ensure that you and your recipient receive only the best freshest flowers and gifts. We guarantee that the flowers and gifts delivered to your recipient will arrive fresh and without any manufacture defects. 

Our Delivery Guarantees

At MichaelFlowerDesign.com, we guarantee that flowers and most gift selections will be delivered on the date that we agreed in the communication.

However, we will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:

  1. The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during which delivery was requested.
  2. An incorrect address was provided.
  3. No such person was at the given address.
  4. No valid contact number was provided for MichaelFlowerDesign.com to reasonably attempt to contact to recipient to make delivery.
  5. For all orders, MichaelFlowerDesign.com is not able to guarantee successful deliveries with full refunds or free deliveries due to stringent custom control measures. 

If in any case your package is received in an unsatisfactory condition or you are facing issues with delivery, please contact us directly at 62 811 3324 350. Wes will assist you regarding the issue at hand. 

 

Shipping & Delivery

How much does local delivery cost?

Delivery within Surabaya area is free. But, some of areas such as Citraland, Wiyung and Benowo, there is additional fee IDR 100.000 / address

How much does outside Surabaya delivery cost?

It depends where is the city. Please call 62 811 3324 350 for cost information.

 

Substitution

We strive to ensure that all floral arrangements and hampers are delivered as close to the web page and descriptions as possible. However, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, they might not be available.

There are two criterion when making a decision to substitute flowers in an arrangement or items in a hamper:

  • To ensure your order arrives on time, substitution might be necessary. For an example, if a specific basket or vase is no longer available, our florists will substitute it with a similar basket or vase of equal or greater value while still maintaining the general look and feel of the arrangement.
  • Actual color tones of flowers may differ slightly from image.
  • When working with fresh flowers, their quality and quantity can be unpredictable due to weather and delivery conditions. If substitution is necessary, our florists will ensure to keep the general look and feel of the arrangement and pay special attention to overall shape, size, style and color combination. In single-variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. For example, if we are short of 'yellow tulips', we will substitute it with tulips of another color, and may be another type of flower with information in advance.

 

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans may change and orders may need to be canceled. On our part, we will try to accommodate your requests as best as we can.

Are there any penalties for canceling orders?

Cancellations need to be made as soon as possible. If they are made more than 48 hours before the requested delivery date, there is a 50% cancellation fee of the total purchase price.

Are there any penalties for canceling my order scheduled for tomorrow?

If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the requested delivery date, the full purchase amount will will forfeited.

Can I cancel my cake order?

No. There is strict no cancellation or refund policy for all cakes after the order has been confirmed. In the event that a cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.

How do I submit a request to cancel my order?

Please email your cancellation request with your order number to us at michael_florist@yahoo.com or please call 62 811 3324 350.

 

Returns and Refunds

At MichaelFlowerDesign.com we strive to deliver only the freshest flowers to bring smiles to you and your recipient. Sometimes, fresh flowers are unpredictable which may cause your experience with us to be slightly less than perfect. If for any reason we slipped up, please contact us at 62 811 3324 350 or write to us at michael_florist@yahoo.com 

What is the grace period for contacting MichaelFlowerDesign.com if I want a replacement or refund for my order?

Please do so within 24 hours of receiving your floral arrangement, so that we can make up for it with a no questions asked, one-to-one exchange. For non-perishable products, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

How long does MichaelFlowerDesign.com take to process a refund request?

We will issue a refund for your order within 14 days of receipt of your refund request.
